You are warmly invited to Pitching For Peace, an evening of canapés and competition, fundraising and fun.

10 September 2013 at 6-8pm

Join us in the Dragon’s Den of peacebuilding, as guests compete in teams to pitch a project for peace – and raise the most support for their peacebuilder. Projects will be chosen from the best entrants from Tomorrow’s Peacebuilders, a new global award for innovative peace work.

Lord Jack McConnell will be our MC and all funds raised will go towards Peace Direct’s life-saving work, with the first £1,000 donated to the winning team’s peacebuilder. And the first £3,000 will be matched by a generous benefactor, so the evening can make twice the impact. Funds from new supporters to Peace Direct will be matched two to one.

The venue for this sparkling event is the cutting-edge studio of award-winning international architects John McAslan + Partners. Champagne and canapés will flow from 6-8 pm, and the evening will begin promptly at 6.15pm with an inspiring performance by young people from our east London project, Truce 20/20.

Buy your tickets quickly and easily here https://pitching-for-peace.eventbrite.co.uk/

We would love to see you and your friends there!

John McAslan + Partners,
