Africa’s third term presidents

The establishment of the DRA is part of the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur (DDPD), signed by the Government of Sudan and the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM) and its Chairperson is Eltigani Seisi, the leader of the LJM. The DRA has the primary responsibility for coordinating the implementation of the DDPD stipulations as well as all post-conflict development activities and projects.
