Africa’s third term presidents

El Fasher: Left to right, president of Chad, General Idriss Déby, the leader of Justice Movement (LJM) Eltigani Seisi, and the president of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, are welcomed by hundreds of people at El Negaa Stadium in El Fasher during the public rally in occasion of the launching of the temporary headquarters of the DRA (Darfur Regional Authority). The establishment of the DRA is part of the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur (DDPD), signed by the Government of Sudan and the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM) and its Chairperson is Eltigani Seisi, the leader of the LJM. The DRA has the primary responsibility for coordinating the implementation of the DDPD stipulations as well as all post-conflict development activities and projects.
