We strive every day to be a better organisation for our staff and the peacebuilders we work with.

At Peace Direct, we are always seeking out ways to improve. To be a better partner to the local peacebuilders we work with, and a better organisation overall. This work is a continuous journey, and we’re taking action to change for the better whenever we can.

We’re committed to inclusion and anti-racism, embedding these practices in our work. It’s vital that our work does good, and that it does not perpetuate harmful practices or beliefs. That’s why we are also committed to tackling the legacy of colonialism that has long shaped our sector, and have been working to ensure we decolonise our work.

We’re regularly evaluating the way we work with our partners, the way we run our organisation internally, and the way our teams communicate with the world.
