Calling music-lovers, peacebuilders, and anyone who loves having a good time while making a difference.

Join us for an inspiring night of music and social change in collaboration with our partner, Heartbeat, on 3 August at 7:30pm at Cecil Sharp House, London.

The night called ‘A Change is Gonna Come’, will see Heartbeat perform some of their best tracks, amplifying their voices to quite literally spread the message of peace.

Heartbeat unites Israeli and Palestinian youth musicians to develop critical awareness, harness the transformative power of music and become leading voices for change. The Huffington Post sums them up as ‘positively empowering the next generation of Israeli and Palestinian leaders.’

Through music young people learn to work together to build trust, understanding and promote peaceful social change against a deeply divided background.

One Heartbeat participant said: “I believe in the power of words, the power of music and the power of stage. It can break these walls surrounding us physically and mentally.”

Another said: “You can’t actually make change if you don’t meet the people on the other side and build those relationships.”

Heartbeat’s music incorporates ‘Middle Eastern traditional sounds with a pop punch’, as described by CBS News. Listen to some of their tracks here.

The spotlight is now on you. Your presence will help us raise awareness for peace, and all organisations working on the ground around the world. All the money raised will go to Heartbeat and Peace Direct, to support local people who endlessly and courageously work to end wars, build peace and be the change they want to see.

Tickets are available online through Eventbrite. VIP tickets offer the opportunity to gather around a drink and nibbles with Heartbeat’s wonderful crew of young talents and full time peacebuilders.

We will also have a special guest performing on the night. They will join the exclusive gathering before the event, so you will have a chance to meet them. Stay tuned for updates.
