Link Group Programme

Groups in conflict areas tell us that one of the things they want is for their work to be noticed by individuals, in the media and at Government level. The linking initiative is an experimental programme to develop links between groups in the UK and groups in conflict areas.

The primary purpose of these links is for the groups to learn from, and gain support and inspiration from each other, and for the UK groups to publicise the work that is happening overseas, and if appropriate raise concerns with UK Government about how Government policies are affecting their work. Fundraising may be an element in some relationships.

You can join the Link Group Prgramme either as a group, or if you prefer, as an individual. We do however recommend that, given the time and resource commitment levels needed, if you are not already part of a community, faith or other group, you consider forming one and joining this programme as a group.
