To reclaim tax on a donation from the United States please visit the American fund for charities or download this pdf and return it to the address provided.

Peace Direct is supported by the American Fund for charities, a US 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation EIN 52-2109597. Donations to the American Fund for Charities from US taxpayers are tax deductible to the extent allowed by US law. Peace Direct has been reviewed by the American Fund for Charities and the Board of the American Fund has determined that Peace Direct is a suitable organisation to receive grants from a US public charity.

Donate from Europe

If your are based in Germany, you can donate directly to our German affiliate Peace Direct e.V

Peace Direct in the UK is now registered with Transnational Giving Europe (TGE), which allows charitable donations to be transferred to and from individuals and corporations in participating countries, which include Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and the UK. In each of these countries there is a recognised foundation with long experience of the tax systems and available tax breaks for non-profit making organisations. These foundations will ensure that your gift will be delivered to the recipient of your choice.

Click on the Partners tab on the left-hand side, scroll down the page to find the partner organisation in your country and then click on the TGE email link to contact the organisation; say that you wish to make a donation to Peace Direct and they will provide you with the information you need.
